Maryland Department of Health, Diabetes Action Plan

The Diabetes Action Plan is a public health awareness campaign developed through the Maryland Department of Health. This campaign was developed to educate at-risk Maryland adults on the risk factors of Type 2 diabetes.

Bilingual static and video social media ads, bus shelters, bus wraps, and flyers were leveraged to link audiences to an online risk factor assessment on the Maryland Department of Health’s website.
